Steak Festival 2025: the 46th edition
The 46th edition of the Fossa Steak Festival (AQ), in Abruzzo, was held from August 8th to 10th, 2025, at the Villaggio MAP San Lorenzo, in Piazza Gemona. Organized by the Pro Loco "Lazzaro Cardarelli Giancarlo" of Fossa APS with the support of the Municipality, the festival opened its stands from 7:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, with Sunday also dedicated to lunch.
The big news of the edition was the Florentine steak, accompanied by classic local and Angus steaks, traditional Fossa dishes, and local craft beer. The evenings were accompanied by live music and the second edition of the Fossa Summer Festival, with DJ sets on Friday and Saturday nights. Covered seating ensured the festival could proceed in any weather condition.
