Edition 2025 — St. John's Walk

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Carezzano once again hosted the St. John's Walk, a nature event along the Vescovato Trails in the Tortona valleys. The initiative, with its guided routes discovering wild herbs and the stop at the Bric delle Streghe, reaffirmed the village's connection to nature and the traditions of the Alessandria territory.

The St. John's Walk is a recurring event in the summer calendar of Carezzano, in the Tortona valleys in the province of Alessandria. The 2025 edition repeated the successful formula of previous years: guided walks along the Vescovato Trails, identification of edible and medicinal wild herbs, and the evocative stop at the Bric delle Streghe, linked to the local history of 1520.

Organized by the Pro Loco of Carezzano, the event combined hiking, botany, and the promotion of traditions in a convivial atmosphere that attracts nature lovers and walkers to the heart of rural Piedmont every year.
