SS. Salvatore Festival

The 2025 edition

In August 2025, Valmontone renewed its appointment with the SS. Salvatore Festival at the Prato della Madonna, from August 12th to 14th, with the solemnity of the Most Holy Savior celebrated as every year on August 14th at the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Gonfalone. The edition was preceded, on Saturday, August 9th, by the inauguration of the statue of the Madonna della Pace on the newly redeveloped square: a work created by the Associazione Culturale SS. Salvatore that gave new impetus to the devotion linked to this corner of Valmontone. The three days accompanied the community toward Ferragosto with religious celebrations and social moments, confirming the festival as one of the summer rites in the town within the Metropolitan City of Rome, in Lazio.
