SS. Maria delle Grazie Patronal Feast and Historic Fair of Termini

The 2025 edition of the SS. Maria delle Grazie Patronal Feast in Terme Vigliatore (ME) held special significance, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the town's municipal autonomy.

The festivities, spread over three days (September 13, 14, and 15), intertwined the religious program — novena, Eucharistic celebrations, and the solemn procession on September 15 with the statue of the Madonna adorned with flowers and ex-votos — with a packed calendar of civic events. There was plenty of room for the Historic Fair of Termini, the pastry festival, entertainment shows, brass band concerts, and the closing fireworks display.

Among the most followed events was the 15th artistic Infiorata by master Umberto Cipriano on the village staircase, created with the support of the Pro Loco and awarded a commemorative plaque. The festival confirmed its role as an identity-defining event for the entire community of the Messina area.
