Edition 2025 — Crocifisso Festival

The 2025 edition of the SS. Crocifisso Festival took place in Marcianise from September 13 to 17, 2025, with fireworks on the 18th and a solidarity dinner to close. The most intense moment was Sunday, September 14, with the mass presided over by Archbishop Pietro Lagnese, the flower festival on the Duomo churchyard, and the evening procession of the Crucifix through the city streets. Rosario Miraggio, the Pastellesse Sound Group, I Ditelo Voi, and Anna Tatangelo performed in the square.

The 2025 SS. Crocifisso Festival in Marcianise

The festivities in honor of the SS. Crocifisso were held in Marcianise, in the province of Caserta, from September 13 to 17, 2025, preceded on September 12 by the second edition of the White Night, which enlivened the axis between Piazza Carità and Piazza Umberto I.

On Saturday, September 13, the 24th edition of Arte&Tradizioni was inaugurated, the painting and sculpture exhibition set up in the Crucifix chapel on Via Santoro, while dance music and the Miss Fashion contest followed in the square. On Sunday the 14th, the day of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the solemn mass presided over by the Archbishop of Capua Pietro Lagnese preceded the procession, which started in the evening from the Duomo towards Piazza Umberto I along Via De Felice, Viale della Vittoria, Viale Kennedy, Via San Giuliano, Via Salzano, Via Grillo, Via Santoro, Via Roma, and Via Duomo; on the Duomo churchyard, the Infioratori Marcianise association created the artistic flower festival.

The following evenings brought the concert of Rosario Miraggio (September 15), the show by the Pastellesse Sound Group with the comedy duo I Ditelo Voi (September 16), and the concert of Anna Tatangelo (September 17) to Piazza Umberto I. The traditional fireworks closed the festivities on September 18, followed by a solidarity dinner.
