The 2025 Squinzano Carnival
The 2025 edition combined the two souls of the festival. Carnevalissimo, at the Auditorium on Via Brindisi, offered a busy calendar of afternoon parties for children (starting February 9), masquerade evenings for young people and adults, a rock and roll concert with the Crazy Roll Band, a pajama party for the little ones, and the awarding of the best costume, culminating in the Pentolaccia Festival on March 9.
On March 9, the Squinzano Carnival parade took place, organized by I Cavalieri di Quinzio with the Maria Regina Parish and the Municipality: gathering at 3:00 PM at the Maria Regina Parish and departure of the masked procession at 4:00 PM towards Piazza Vittoria, with themed costumes, caparisoned horses, an allegorical band, entertainment, and distribution of gadgets to children. Prizes were awarded for the smallest mask, the funniest, the largest group, and the most original adult costume.
