Edition 2025 — San Bernardo Spring Festival
The 2025 edition was held on Friday, March 21st, on the occasion of the spring equinox. Father Valerio D'Amico climbed to the San Bernardo chapel, above Sparone, to celebrate Holy Mass in honor of Saint Bernard, protector of mountaineers, and Saint Benedict, patron of Europe. A small group of worshippers reached the chapel with devotion, accompanied by mild weather and a partly cloudy but not at all cold sky. At the end of the celebration, the Friends of San Bernardo offered a small refreshment, with the hope of meeting again on the first day of spring the following year.
