Spring Festival and Fritter Festival

The 44th Spring Festival brought Castelnuovo dei Sabbioni, a hamlet of the Municipality of Cavriglia (Arezzo), to life over the weekend of April 5 and 6, 2025.

On Saturday, starting at noon, the Fritter Festival opened with sweet and savory specialties, accompanied by games, the traditional painting competition, Holy Mass, and a live evening concert. Sunday began at 8:30 AM with Holy Mass, followed by the spring trek, the painting competition, lunch with mixed grill, dance performances, and karaoke. The event was organized by the parish communities of San Donato and San Pancrazio al Neri with the patronage of the Municipality of Cavriglia.
