Edition 2025 — Arsoli Fried Pizza Festival

The 29th edition of the Spring Festival and Fried Pizza Festival was held on April 25, 2025, in Piazza Valeria, Arsoli. That year, the Pro Loco once again offered a lunch featuring traditional rural dishes, sweet and savory fried pizza, an artisan market, and tours of the village, amidst music and ancient customs.

2025 Edition

On April 25, 2025, Arsoli hosted the 29th Spring Festival and Fried Pizza Festival, organized by the Pro Loco in Piazza Valeria. As per tradition, the lunch in the square featured handmade sagne, pizzigliu co' ll'erbe, and local sausages, while the day was headlined by fried pizza in both sweet and savory versions. There was also an artisan market, guided tours of the historic center, and live musical performances, in a festive atmosphere that confirmed the public's affection for one of the most cherished spring events in Lazio.
