Spring Donnino

The first edition of Spring Donnino enlivened the historic center of Fidenza from May 16 to 18, 2025, bringing to life the new spring festival dedicated to the anolino, the symbolic dish of Fidenza's tradition. The debut was met with great participation, laying the groundwork for the second edition in 2026.

The debut of the Pranzo dei 500 (Lunch for 500) featured a long table set up in the city's most central street, with 500 personalized bags distributed to diners; part of the proceeds were donated to the Italian Red Cross and Civil Protection. The festival also offered the anolini eating contest, a street food area with craft beers, entertainment for the little ones, and free evening concerts open to all.
