Edition 2025 — Spring and Rice Festival

In 2025, the Spring and Ostiglia Rice Festival once again enlivened Ostiglia with its fair, food stands, and the Rice Battle, featuring dozens of risottos prepared by the Pro Loco, rice mills, and amateur chefs. Live music, stalls, and fireworks displays accompanied the festive days.

The 2025 edition of the Spring and Ostiglia Rice Festival confirmed the formula that links the spring fair with the Rice Battle. The center of Ostiglia, in the province of Mantua, came alive with food stands, stalls, live music, and a children's area, while Ostiglia rice returned to the spotlight with dozens of different risottos.

Organized by the Pro Loco of Ostiglia in collaboration with the Fiera Millenaria of Gonzaga, the event highlighted the typical products of the Bassa Mantovana and the rural culture of the area, attracting visitors and food lovers from all over the province.
