Edition 2025 — Spincia Fest

In July 2025, a new edition of the Spincia Fest took place in Cornino, a hamlet of Custonaci (Trapani), the festival dedicated to the spincia, the typical Trapanese fried pastry. In Piazza Riviera, along the bay of Cornino, the event offered stalls for tasting local products, gastronomic specialties, live music, and evening festive moments with free admission, confirming the most anticipated summer event for the seaside village.

The 2025 edition of the Spincia Fest enlivened the hamlet of Cornino, in the municipality of Custonaci, Trapani province, in July. The festival took place in Piazza Riviera, overlooking the picturesque bay of Cornino, at the foot of Monte Cofano.

The protagonist was, as every year, the spincia, the soft sweet fritter of the Custonaci tradition, accompanied by numerous stalls for tasting local products and regional specialties. The evening program alternated between live music, performances, and folklore moments, in a popular festive atmosphere with free admission that drew residents and visitors to Western Sicily.
