Edition 2025 — Spincia Days

The 27th edition of Spincia Days took place in Custonaci from December 6 to 10, 2025, on the occasion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Five days of spincia tastings in all its variations, cooking workshops, traditional Sicilian music, and crafts, as part of the Natale al Borgo program. The event combined the devotional moments of the Immaculate Conception feast with the recovery of the local traditional pastry.

The 27th edition of Spincia Days was held in Custonaci from December 6 to 10, 2025, confirming its status as one of the top gastronomic events in the Trapani area in December. For five days, the historic center hosted stalls featuring spincia in both classic and creative versions, workshops and demonstrations with local masters, traditional Sicilian music, and typical products from the Erice area.

The 2025 edition was included in the Natale al Borgo - Il Presepe di Sicilia festival, running from December 7 to January 6, and accompanied the religious celebrations of the Immaculate Conception, with the solemn mass and the procession of the statue between the Church of San Giuseppe and the Sanctuary of Maria Santissima di Custonaci.
