Spazio Mari

The II edition of Spazio Mari was held on May 31 and June 1, 2025, at the Politeama in Tolentino (MC), organized by Zagreus APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Tolentino, the University of Macerata, the Academy of Fine Arts of Macerata, and the International Biennial of Humor in Art.

Saturday opened at 10:00 AM with the II Conference on Tolentino, Landscapes, and Cultural Heritage, divided into two sessions dedicated to territorial attractiveness and female arts often excluded from the official narrative. The review celebrated two artists from Tolentino: in the afternoon, the talk 'Sempre più in là' (Further and Further) dedicated to caricaturist Cesare Marcorelli, and on Sunday, the tribute 'Incompiuti, come me' (Unfinished, like me) to Giorgio Ciommei, with free guided tours to Casa Marcorelli and the Marcorelli Art Gallery, reopened after more than twenty years.
