Spaghetti all'Amatriciana Festival

The 59th edition of the Spaghetti all'Amatriciana Festival was held in Amatrice on August 30-31, 2025, confirming its status as one of the most important gastronomic events in upper Lazio.

The event kicked off on Saturday, August 30, with the official opening at noon, enlivened by the marching band, majorettes, and a special appearance by Adriana Volpe. Over the two days, the program included a market of local products, art workshops, children's shows, and tastings of Spaghetti all'Amatriciana, served in both regular and gluten-free versions, with dedicated lunch and dinner hours.

On Sunday, August 31, the program opened with an excursion along the musical trail to the Madonna di Filetta Sanctuary and a concert by maestro Giovanni Palombo, continuing with performances by bands, folk groups, flag-wavers, and evening dance parties. A celebration of flavor and community, a symbol of Amatrice's rebirth.
