Soup, Tripe and Meatball Festival

The 2025 edition brought back the festival's proven formula: Tuscan soup, tripe, and meatballs at the heart of the menu, accompanied by traditional Tuscan first and second courses and the evening pizzeria. The Via Leonardo da Vinci sports field, in Bientina (province of Pisa), welcomed residents and visitors in a festive and convivial atmosphere, with self-service lunch and table-service dinner.

As per tradition, the event was managed by A.S.D. Sextum Bientina, which every year transforms the town's sports facility into a meeting point for lovers of genuine Valdera cuisine in Tuscany.
