Edition 2025 — Sottosuono

During 2025, Sottosuono confirmed its popular formula: an intimate concert in the Muchate Arabe of Palermo, with Pierpaolo Petta's accordion serving as the common thread between music and literature. In this edition as well, the audience, equipped with helmets, traversed the ancient underground quarries to conclude the evening with a tasting of Duca di Salaparuta red wine.

Sottosuono 2025

The 2025 edition of Sottosuono took place in the Muchate Arabe, the ancient underground quarries of Palermo, confirming a format that combines music, words, and the discovery of the city's hidden heritage. The accordion of Pierpaolo Petta accompanied short literary passages in the silence of the tunnels carved into the calcarenite.

As per tradition, the experience concluded with a tasting of Duca di Salaparuta red wine, along a path curated by Terradamare and GreenSicily Outdoor, reserved for a limited audience and not suitable for children under 12.
