Sorrisi nel Borgo 2025: the third edition

In the summer of 2025, the courtyard of Castello Caracciolo in Sammichele di Bari hosted the third edition of Sorrisi nel Borgo, a brilliant comedy theatre festival included in the Sammichele Summer. Six theatre companies competed, taking turns on the open-air stage over several evenings: the events took place on June 25 and 30 and on July 2, 8, 9, and 22.

The festival concluded with the Grand Awards Gala on July 29, 2025, an evening dedicated to presenting awards to the most appreciated shows and companies. As per tradition, the audience enlivened the summer evenings of the village, confirming Sorrisi nel Borgo as one of the most followed events of the Sammichele summer.
