Edition 2025 — Solemnity of Saint Lawrence
In 2025, the Solemnity of Saint Lawrence was again one of the most heartfelt moments in the religious life of Perugia. In the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence, in Piazza IV Novembre, the vigil on August 9th was opened by First Vespers presided over by the Archbishop, while on August 10th, the solemn Eucharistic celebration renewed the tradition of diaconal ordination on the day of the deacon and martyr saint, revered as the city's protector alongside Saint Constantius and Saint Herculanus.
