Edition 2025 — Saint Alexander Melfi
The 2025 edition of the Solemnity of Saint Alexander celebrated the patron saint of Melfi on February 9th, with the preparatory novena, solemn masses in the Cathedral, and the traditional concert by the Melfi Musical Band, in an atmosphere of devotion and community participation.
The 2025 edition
In 2025, Melfi renewed the celebration of its patron saint, Saint Alexander, celebrated on February 9th. The community gathered in the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta for the novena and solemn celebrations presided over by the Bishop, accompanied by the music of the Melfi Band. The feast confirmed the strong bond between the city of Vulture and its patron saint, anticipating the jubilee year 2026 dedicated to the anniversaries of the relics and the Cathedral.
