Solemn Celebrations in Honor of Maria SS. Assunta in Cielo and Saint Roch

The 2025 edition of the patronal festivities took place as scheduled on August 15th and 16th in Monteleone di Puglia. August 15th, the feast of the Assumption, opened the celebrations with solemn masses and the procession. On August 16th, the day of Saint Roch, the patron saint, the community gathered to venerate the miracle-working saint: in the early morning, the Ancient Saint Roch Market Fair was held from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, featuring over 200 exhibitors with local products, handicrafts, and clothing in Piazza Municipio and the surrounding streets. As per tradition, numerous devotees arrived on pilgrimage from Orsara di Puglia. The day concluded with a pop music concert and a fireworks display.

• Evening pop music concert
