Edition 2025 — Snail Festival

The 40th edition of the Snail Festival was held at Fossa del Lupo in Cortona from May 24 to June 2, 2025, coinciding with the 60th Feast of Saint Celestine. In 2025, snail stew was once again the star of the food stalls, accompanied by local products and a rich program of musical evenings.

In 2025, the Snail Festival celebrated its 40th edition, combined with the 60th Feast of Saint Celestine, at Fossa del Lupo, a hamlet of Cortona (AR), from May 24 to June 2. Snail stew led the menu at the stalls managed by the Gruppo Sportivo Fossa del Lupo, accompanied by other typical products of the Valdichiana. The event featured dance nights, concerts, and the traditional procession in honor of the patron saint, confirming its status as one of the most popular festivals in the province of Arezzo, on the border with Umbria.
