Edition 2025 — Alpine Spring Val di Funes

In 2025, the Alpine Spring in Val di Funes was held from May 29 to June 9: valley and Luson restaurateurs celebrated spring with gastronomic days featuring seasonal dishes and local ingredients. On June 7, the farmers' festival in the San Pietro parish square brought together producers, live music, and Watten card game enthusiasts.

The 2025 edition of the Alpine Spring took place from May 29 to June 9 in Val di Funes and Luson. Throughout the period, participating restaurants offered spring menus with local specialties reinterpreted with wild herbs and a seasonal aperitif, in line with the Slow Food philosophy.

The farmers' festival was held on June 7, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM, in the parish square of San Pietro/St. Peter, featuring a regional producers' market, alpine culinary specialties, live music, and the traditional Watten card game in the parish house, at the foot of the Odle in the municipality of Funes/Villnöß (Province of Bolzano).
