Edition 2025 — Sirene

The fifth edition of Sirene — Performing Arts Festival took place in Bisceglie from July 14 to 20, 2025, marking the festival's first international opening. Promoted by Sonenalé under the artistic direction of Agostino Riola and supported by the Municipality of Bisceglie and Puglia Culture, the edition featured one national preview, four regional premieres, and three community engagement projects, bringing contemporary dance to the towers, cloisters, and coastal paths of the historic center.

Sirene 2025: the fifth edition

From July 14 to 20, 2025, Bisceglie hosted the 5th edition of Sirene — Performing Arts Festival, the first to feature a true international opening. The program alternated evening shows and workshops spread across iconic city locations: from the Torrione Sant'Angelo to the Cloister of Santa Croce, from Palazzo Tupputi to the Ripalta coastal path, and the Teatro Mediterraneo.

The lineup included a national preview, «Dopo la fine» by Sonenalé, and four regional premieres, along with three community engagement projects with free workshops aimed at citizens and young local dancers. The Councilor for Culture highlighted how Sirene has now become one of the permanent fixtures of Bisceglie's cultural programming.

July 16 — «MEMENTO_un inutile infinito» at Torrione Sant'Angelo (free admission); July 17 — «Questo ballo è per noi #3 / Della fragilità dei corpi» at Palazzo Tupputi; July 18 — «Cosmorama» by Nicola Galli along the Ripalta coastal path; July 19 — «Dopo la fine» by Sonenalé, national preview, at the Cloister of Santa Croce; July 20 — «Good Vibes Only / dancehALL» at the Teatro Mediterraneo.
