Sirene Festival

The second edition of the Sirene Festival, subtitled "Irresistible is the call," was held from May 23 to 25, 2025, at the EPYC - European Palermo Youth Center in Palermo. Promoted by Maghweb as part of the permanent project "Non è un veleno," the festival brought together activists, artists, health professionals, educators, and industry experts.

The program intertwined moments of training for healthcare workers, discussions between Euro-Mediterranean entities committed to protecting reproductive rights, workshops, exhibitions, and music. Guests of the 2025 edition included Frad, Slavina, Rodolfo Pessina, Chiara Mogliazza, Martina Arroyo, and the authors of the podcast "Il cuore scoperto." For 2025 as well, admission to all events was free, in a space designed to fill the void in sexual and affective education in Sicily.
