Sinfonia di Sapori 2025, the third edition
The 3rd edition of Sinfonia di Sapori was held on Friday, August 8, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, in Piazza Umberto I in Ficarra (ME). The event, curated by the Associazione Musicale Santa Cecilia Città di Ficarra, combined taste and entertainment in an evening dedicated to conviviality.
The highlight of the gastronomic portion was a tasting of a pasta dish with mortadella, accompanied by live music with DJ Tommaso Marraffa and Turè Muschio. The event was part of the rich 2025 Ficarra Summer calendar, which spanned from late July to early September with over forty appointments including concerts, theater, literature, and folk traditions in the squares and historic sites of the Nebrodi village.
