Edition 2025 — Siloe Film Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Siloe Film Festival returned to the Siloe Monastery in Poggi del Sasso (Cinigiano, Grosseto), confirming its role as an international competition for live-action and animated short films. This edition featured a selection of works screened within the monastery, evaluated by a jury that brought together the organizing committee, the monastic community, and young delegates, all in the spirit of dialogue between Mediterranean peoples.

The 2025 edition of the Siloe Film Festival renewed the summer appointment with short cinema at the Siloe Monastery, in the hills of the Maremma, in the municipality of Cinigiano (Grosseto province). As per tradition, the festival featured live-action and animated short films from various countries, screened during the festival evenings before an audience gathered within the monastery grounds.

True to its spirit, the edition combined the quality of auteur cinema with the spiritual and cultural reflection that has characterized the festival since its inception, rewarding the most significant works selected by the jury.
