Edition 2025 — Silent White Walk
On June 2, 2025, the Silent White Walk crossed the Capanne di Marcarolo, in the territory of Bosio (AL), starting at 9:30 AM from the Cappella dell'Assunta, in the Capanne Superiori area. As per tradition, participants were given strips of white linen, a symbol of peace and collective meditation.
The route, lasting about three hours, included a collective performance dedicated to Anna and Giovanni Ponte. The march, promoted by the Legambiente Circle of Ovada and the Benedicta Memory Association, reaffirmed the strong link between Republic Day and the memory of the Resistance in the Piedmontese Apennines.
