Edition 2025 — Sicilian Parish Choirs
4th edition, June 2025
The fourth edition of the Sicilian Parish Choir Festival was held in Casalvecchio Siculo in June 2025, inside the Church of San Teodoro, spanning two days of performances.
On the first day, the Santa Maria della Lettera Diocesan Choir and the Santa Maria Assunta Chapel Choir, both from Messina, performed. The second day featured the Mater Domini Choir from Gravina di Catania, the Santo Stefano Iuniore Parish Choir from Messina-Salice, the Sentinelle del Mattino Choir from Milazzo, the San Francesco Parish Choir from Basicò, the Eugenio Arena Choral Association from Messina, and the Sant'Onofrio Eremita Choir from Casalvecchio Siculo.
The event, organized by the Municipal Administration together with the Archpriest's office, the Pro Loco, the Città di Casalvecchio Siculo Band, and the Confraternity of San Teodoro, offered a moving and engaging repertoire, which was also broadcast live on social media channels with thousands of views.
