Siano Carnival 2025: three days of celebration

The 2025 edition of the Siano Carnival was spread over three dates, February 23, March 2, and March 4, 2025, following the carnival calendar up to Fat Tuesday. Three days filled with masks, confetti, music, and allegorical floats along the streets of Siano, a town in the Irno Valley overlooking the Agro Nocerino Sarnese, in the province of Salerno.

As every year, the floats were built by the association's volunteers, who worked in the preceding months to create the papier-mâché structures. The Siano Carnival Association also took part in the Agro Carnival, the joint event that brings together carnival committees from the area's towns, contributing its experience to a regional network that makes this part of Campania one of the most vibrant in Italy for the tradition of allegorical floats.
