Edition 2025 — Shooting Stars Night

The 2025 edition of the Shooting Stars Night took place on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the South Tyrol Planetarium in San Valentino in Campo. On the night of St. Lawrence, with the peak of the Perseids, the planetarium opened its doors with dome projections in Italian at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, accompanied by observations at the Max Valier Observatory. Admission was free, with booking recommended for the projections.

Shooting Stars Night 2025

On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, on the night of St. Lawrence, the South Tyrol Planetarium in San Valentino in Campo (Cornedo all'Isarco/Karneid, BZ) hosted the Shooting Stars Night on the occasion of the Perseid peak. Dome projections in Italian were held at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, dedicated to the origin of shooting stars and summer sky myths. Next to the planetarium, the Max Valier Observatory allowed the public to observe constellations and the Milky Way directly. Admission was free, with booking recommended for planetarium projections.
