Edition 2025 — Shank Festival

In the summer of 2025, Pian del Quercione in Massarosa once again hosted the Shank and Bean Tagliarini Festival, spread over the usual long weekends in August, from Thursday to Sunday. The proven formula was confirmed: food stalls with oven-roasted shank, bean tagliarini, and land and sea specialties, evenings of music and dancing with ballroom and Latin American styles, and free admission to the former Zoo Park area.

The 2025 edition of the Shank Festival took place over the weekends of August at Pian del Quercione in Massarosa (LU), in the area of the former Zoo Park. From Thursday to Sunday, the stalls offered oven-roasted pork shank, tagliarini with beans, and other Tuscan specialties.

As per tradition, the evenings were enlivened by music and dancing on the two floors dedicated to ballroom and Latin American styles, with a final lottery closing the event. Free admission and free parking.
