Sgurgola Grape Festival

The 70th edition

From September 26 to 28, 2025, Sgurgola celebrated the 70th anniversary of its Grape Festival. Friday opened with stands and fraschette from 5:30 PM and a concert by Hernicantus in Piazza Arringo; on Saturday, the village was enlivened by the traditional exhibition, the culinary trail, the parade of the folk group 'I Razzaccolitti', and the musical evening with 'I Brigallè'.

Sunday, the highlight day, began with a tour of the town by the 'Città di Sgurgola' marching band and continued with the grape exhibition, the 'sfoglia di una volta' handmade pasta demonstration, and, at 2:30 PM, the parade of allegorical floats accompanied by the 'La Velocissima' folk band from Rignano Flaminio, before the awards dedicated to the Jubilee Year and the final tombola. The edition, adhering to the Plastic Free project with Legambiente, was preceded on Saturday, September 13, by the 'Cena dei Mille', the grand candlelight banquet in the historic center with a rural menu, folk dances, and flag-wavers.

Friday, September 26

• 9:00 AM — Tour of the town with the 'Città di Sgurgola' Marching Band directed by Prof. Filippo Corsi; opening of local product stalls.
• 10:00 AM — Grape Exhibition in Piazza Arringo.
• 10:30 AM — Handmade pasta demonstration 'La sfoglia di una volta' with Loredana Nereggi; culinary trail organized by the 'Tempo Variabile' association.
• 2:30 PM — Parade of allegorical floats and folk groups with the 'La Velocissima' Folk Band from Rignano Flaminio.
• 5:00 PM — Awards in memory of deceased figures (Jubilee Year 2025).
• 5:30 PM — Tombola draw and awards ceremony.
