Sfumature in Libertà is the exhibition event promoted by the Il Caravaggio Cultural Association, which every year brings a collective exhibition dedicated to local artists to the Auditorium Piero Ferri, in the San Bernardino Civic Center. Caravaggio, in the province of Bergamo, is the city that gave birth to the great painter Michelangelo Merisi, and its artistic vocation is part of its identity: the exhibition embraces this heritage by showcasing works by local painters and creatives.

A Free and Open Collective Exhibition

As the title suggests, the exhibition presents itself as a free journey of "shades": different techniques, subjects, and styles coexist in the auditorium's spaces, giving voice to the creativity of the participating artists. The exhibition, listed in the Caravaggio Municipality's event calendar, is free to enter and takes place over several days.

The Auditorium Piero Ferri is located in the San Bernardino Civic Center, on viale Giovanni XXIII, in Caravaggio. The city, in the province of Bergamo, is also known for the famous Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Fonte, a pilgrimage destination, but it preserves a rich cultural and associative life of which this exhibition is an expression.
