Settimana Marsicana

28th Settimana Marsicana 2025

From July 21 to 27, 2025, the center of Avezzano hosted the twenty-eighth edition of the Settimana Marsicana, with over forty events spread across Piazza Risorgimento, via Cataldi, Piazza Torlonia, Arena Mazzini, and the Nicola Irti Hall.

The evenings in Piazza Risorgimento featured concerts and musical shows, including a performance by Fabrizio Moro on the opening night, as well as numerous tribute bands. The program alternated between the "STARS" collective art exhibition at the Irti Hall, craft markets, street food along via Corradini and via Pagani, street performances, cultural conferences dedicated to the Marsica territory, and the traditional footrace. Organized by the Pro Loco Avezzano APS in collaboration with the Municipality, the 2025 edition confirmed the event's role as the signature festival of the entire Marsica region.
