The 2025 Edition
In 2025, the Settimana Gastronomica Torchiaginese once again presented its famous Sagra dell'Oca Arrosto in Torchiagina. Roast goose, the specialty that gives the event its name, was the star of a typical Umbrian cuisine menu served every evening by the Pro Loco's stalls.
The festival featured dancing evenings with live bands, a play area for the little ones, traditional popular games, and the Loka pub, confirming its status as one of the most cherished summer events in the Assisi area.
