Settembre d'Altura 2025

The 2025 edition of Settembre d'Altura was held on September 13 and 14 in Accumoli, in the spaces of the village school. Saturday's day opened at 10:30 AM with food and wine producer stalls and tastings, followed by the environmental workshop of the CAI of Amatrice, folk singing of rural Lazio with Susanna Buffa, the performance of the Accumoli Band, and, in the evening, the show by 'Nduccio and his orchestra, dedicated to the traditions of the High Apennines.

Sunday featured the cooking workshop for recchie de prete, the "Alta Quota" accordion concert, local choir singing, and the costumed parade with the village brass band. On both days, equestrian shows and insights into livestock farming accompanied visitors. The most emotional moment was the return to the population of three historic bells, recovered nine years after the 2016 earthquake: a symbol of rebirth for the entire community.
