Sesto Rocchi Festival

The XVIII edition of the Sesto Rocchi Festival took place from September 1 to 7, 2025, with the theme "The Polyphony of Life", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Liberation and the figure of Lutheran theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer, an opponent of Nazism. Most of the evening concerts were held at the Teatro Matilde di Canossa in Ciano d'Enza, starting at 9:00 PM.

Among the events: the round table on Bonhoeffer with musical interludes by Manuel and Marta Zigante; Messiaen's "Quatuor pour la fin du temps" with the Trio De Feo and Guido Barbieri; the duo Sebastian Zagame and Aurelio Marco Raco; the talk with Giovanni Bietti on Stravinsky's "The Rite of Spring"; "Children of the Festival" with Raphael Repetto and the Trio David; "Masters of the Festival" with music by Schnittke, Pärt, and Mozart; and the concluding Grand Marathon Concert with all students. The artistic direction was entrusted to Maestro Antonello Farulli.
