Edition 2025 — Sessame Risotto Festival

The 103rd edition of the Sessame Risotto Festival took place on May 3rd and 4th, 2025, spanning two days. Saturday evening featured a dinner with sweet and savory fritters, raviòle, tripe, boiled meats, and sausage, accompanied by live music from the Non Plus Ultra Band and a fireworks display. Sunday saw the craft fair, the Mondine parade, and the lunch with Sessame risotto served non-stop.

The 2025 edition of the Sessame Risotto Festival, the 103rd, took place over two days in the Municipality of Sessame, in the province of Asti.

Saturday, May 3rd at 7:00 PM, the dinner opened the festivities with sweet and savory fritters, raviòle, tripe, boiled meats, sausage, and desserts, followed by live music from the Non Plus Ultra Band and, at 11:00 PM, a fireworks display.

Sunday, May 4th, starting at 10:00 AM, the craft fair with local products and wines began, followed by the Mondine parade at 11:00 AM and, from 12:00 PM, the famous Sessame risotto served non-stop with bollito misto. In Piazza Cavour, bars, inflatable games, a charity stall, and wooden sculptures by guest artist Barba Brisiu completed the day.
