Edition 2025 — Bread Festival
In May 2025, the Servola Bread Festival celebrated, as every year, the biga servolana and the memory of the pancogole, with tastings, talks, and workshops in the symbolic places of the Trieste district, confirming the community's attachment to its roots.
The 2025 edition of the Servola Bread Festival re-proposed the usual blend of tradition and conviviality in the Trieste district. Between the Circolo Ivan Grbec, the Casa del Popolo Zora Perello, and the Ethnographic Museum, the community celebrated the biga servolana with tastings, stories dedicated to the pancogole, and moments dedicated to home baking. The festival confirmed its role as a guardian of Servola's collective memory, enhancing the dual Italian and Slovenian soul of the district.
