Serravalle Jazz

The 24th edition of Serravalle Jazz was held from August 24th to 27th, 2025, in the evocative Rocca di Castruccio in Serravalle Pistoiese, featuring evening concerts, artist meetings, and book presentations across the Rocca, the former Oratory of the Vergine Assunta, and the Torre del Barbarossa.

The opening night featured the BargaJazz Orchestra conducted by Mario Raja. Among the most anticipated events were the Iron Way project with Michelangelo Scandroglio, Maria Chiara Argirò, Myele Manzanza, and Alex Hitchcock, and the opening of the Elastica residency project. The closing night on August 27th was headlined by the Nico Gori Swing 10tet, followed by the tenth edition of the Renato Sellani Prize with Ellade Bandini, Massimo Moriconi, and Stefania Scarinzi. The festival was organized by the Fondazione Teatri di Pistoia with the Municipality of Serravalle Pistoiese and the support of the Fondazione Caript.
