September Fair and Valle del Belìce Sheep Exhibition

The 2025 edition of the September Fair took place in Santa Margherita di Belice from September 3rd to 5th, confirming its status as the most important agro-pastoral fair in the Agrigento hinterland. The main day was September 4th, the feast of Saint Rosalia: from 9:00 AM, at Porta Nuova, the Valle del Belìce Sheep Exhibition was held, featuring displays of livestock, Girgentana goats, and traditional agricultural tools.

Along the streets of the center, stalls offered local products, Sicilian gastronomic specialties, and handicrafts, while stands dedicated to the vastedda della Valle del Belìce attracted many visitors. In the evening, after the Eucharistic celebration at the Mother Church, the statue and relic of Saint Rosalia were carried in procession through the town streets, accompanied by the community's devotion.
