Secret Florence

The tenth edition of Secret Florence marked an important milestone for the Estate Fiorentina festival. From June 9 to July 5, 2025, Tempo Reale, Fabbrica Europa, Lo schermo dell'arte, Musicus Concentus, and the Centro Nazionale di Produzione della Danza Virgilio Sieni brought performances and installations to the most unexpected corners of Florence.

Among the most significant events were IN-NATURALE (June 27-29, 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM) at the Semiottagono delle Murate, a site-specific sound installation dedicated to the centenary of Luciano Berio's birth, and FUBALINO! (July 5, 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM) at Parco del Galluzzo, an "augmented football" experience created by Tempo Reale using sensors, speakers, and real-time sound. These unique performances, designed to exist only once in a single place, confirmed Florence as a widespread stage for contemporary creativity.
