Edition 2025 — Seafood Fusilli Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Seafood Fusilli Festival took place at Parco Montegrappa in Tuglie, confirming its status as one of the most popular evenings in the Pro Loco Montegrappa summer series. Under the hillside trees, visitors enjoyed seafood-dressed fusilli and other typical Salento dishes, accompanied by folk music and dancing.

The 2025 edition renewed the appointment with seafood cuisine at Parco Montegrappa in Tuglie, Lecce province. The Pro Loco Montegrappa welcomed tourists, vacationers, and locals with seafood fusilli, the stars of the evening, prepared with fish and shellfish according to Salento's gastronomic tradition.

The event, part of the summer hillside festival calendar, combined good food and conviviality: outdoor tables, folk music, and dancing enlivened the August night in the cool air of the park, the final spur of the Murgia Salentina.
