Edition 2025 — Sea and Vitovska
The 2025 edition of Mare e Vitovska in Morje took place at the end of June at Duino Castle, confirming the formula of two evenings dedicated to Vitovska and Karst cuisine, with producers from the Karst Winemakers Association and local restaurants.
In 2025 too, Duino Castle hosted Mare e Vitovska in Morje, now a classic event of the Trieste gastronomic summer. The Karst Winemakers offered their Vitovska labels paired with traditional Karst dishes, in a festive atmosphere that attracted enthusiasts from all over the region and neighboring Slovenia. The edition represented the eve of the twentieth anniversary celebrated in 2026.
