Edition 2025 — Orange Festival

The 27th Scillato Orange Festival took place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, organized by the Municipality of Scillato led by Mayor Giuliano Cortina. The day combined a technical conference, guided tours of the village's heritage, a food and wine trail, and folk performances, celebrating the Biondo di Scillato orange in the province of Palermo.

The 2025 edition, the twenty-seventh, was held on a single day, Sunday, May 4. In the morning (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM), guided tours of the travertine caves, mills, and the Sanctuary were offered, while at 10:30 AM, the conference "The Biondo di Scillato Orange: Development Prospects" took place at the town hall with experts, farmers, and administrators. In the afternoon, the village came alive with performances by folk groups from Caltavuturo, Trabia, and Polizzi Generosa, a food and wine trail with tastings of local products and orange-based desserts, and an artisanal market featuring oils, cheeses, honey, and jams from the Madonie region.
