Edition 2025 — Schiacciata all'Olio Festival

The 16th edition of the Schiacciata all'Olio Festival was held on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, in the Pinetina of Via Bessi in Scandicci, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. As per tradition, volunteers from the Pubblica Assistenza Humanitas prepared hot olive oil schiacciata, to be enjoyed plain or stuffed with cold cuts and cheeses, donating the proceeds to the association's activities.

The 16th edition of the Schiacciata all'Olio Festival took place on May 1st, 2025, in the usual setting of the Pinetina of Via Bessi in Scandicci. From 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Humanitas volunteers baked hot schiacciata with extra virgin olive oil, in classic or stuffed versions, available for on-site purchase or takeaway. In 2025, the festival once again combined a passion for good Tuscan cuisine with the association's spirit of solidarity, with proceeds supporting volunteer activities in the Scandicci area.
