Edition 2025 — Schella Marz

In 2025 too, ProValdagno brought the Cimbra tradition of Schella Marz back to Contrada Lucchetta, with the end-of-winter bonfire, the sounds of bells and cowbells, themed readings, and popular songs, in an evening of community that drew numerous participants with roasted chestnuts and mulled wine.

The 2025 edition of Schella Marz confirmed the formula of the Cimbra "call of March" in Contrada Lucchetta in Valdagno: the large bonfire as a symbol of the season change, the traditional sounds of bells, cowbells, and lids, and the intimate atmosphere around the fire.

The evening, organized by ProValdagno, featured themed readings and popular songs, with offerings of roasted chestnuts and mulled wine, confirming the identity and community value of this ancient Valdagno tradition.

Programme

The 2025 edition followed the established structure of the event: meeting point, walk to Contrada Lucchetta, lighting of the bonfire, themed readings, popular songs, and a convivial moment with roasted chestnuts and mulled wine.
