Edition 2025 — Scene di Paglia

The 2025 edition of Scene di Paglia confirmed the festival's formula of casoni and waters, bringing theatre, music, and encounters to the rural and lagoon spaces between Padua and Venice, with casoni, historic villas, and pumping stations transformed into stages on the water.

The sixteenth edition of Scene di Paglia animated the summer between the provinces of Padua and Venice with its widespread format: theatre, dance, and storytelling performances hosted in the casoni, historic villas, and pumping stations of the area. The festival, based in Piove di Sacco, involved numerous municipalities in the Saccisica and lagoon area, enhancing the Veneto's rural heritage through live arts and confirming its site-specific vocation.

Theatre, dance, and storytelling performances in the rural and lagoon spaces (casoni, villas, pumping stations) between Padua and Venice, with events spread across multiple municipalities in the territory.
