Edition 2025 — Scalenghe Carnival

In 2025, the Scalenghe Carnival once again confirmed the central role of the Desbela group, which presented a new allegorical float dedicated to the theme of Hikikomori, transformed into a large carnival structure. As per tradition, the festival animated Piazza Comunale, and the float subsequently paraded in the main events across Piedmont.

The 2025 Scalenghe Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Scalenghe Carnival saw the Desbela group bring a new allegorical float to the square, inspired by the theme of Hikikomori and the social isolation of young people, reinterpreted with a carnival twist. Once again, the Piazza Comunale of Scalenghe, in the Province of Turin, was the hub of the festivities, featuring entertainment for families and the unmissable presentation of the float.

After its debut in the town, the Desbela float took part in the usual calendar of parades around Piedmont, confirming Scalenghe as one of the most vibrant participants in the Piedmontese Carnival scene.
